First Place: A $59.9M 'Trophy' Mansion on the Florida Beachfront Is the Week's Most Expensive Home

A “trophy property” in Highland Beach, FL, that’s listed for $59.9 million takes first place as this week’s most expensive home on Realtor.com®.

The 17,602-square-foot mansion boasts eight bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. Built in 2014, the estate features a grand entry that opens up to a two-story living room with breathtaking views of the pool area and the nearby Atlantic Ocean.

Other pricey properties to hit the market this week include a Connecticut castle with a moat, a Hamptons beach house on famed Meadow Lane, and a California contemporary originally built by artist Robert Graham and actress Angelica Huston.

Price: $26,000,000 Triple Creek Ranch: This offering includes two luxury lodges on 255 acres overlooking the Gore Range.

Known as Thunder and Elk Lodges, the two homes were built using reclaimed logs and recently renovated with luxury finishes. Each has six bedrooms, wood-burning fireplaces, and chef’s kitchens.

The ranch could be used as a family compound or venue for corporate retreats. It currently operates as a high-end vacation rental, according to the listing.

Price: $26,000,000 Castle with a moat: The Chris Mark Castle was named after its owner and custom-built for his daughters.
